Bellyfit with Fiora in Cardiff

Fiora is launching a new bellydance fitness class on Monday nights in Cardiff.

Bellyfit is a low impact fitness style that fuses exercises from yoga, pilates, toning, body conditioning and basic bellydance moves.

The main aim is to improve strength, agility and flexibility of the core muscles - those muscles around the waist that are the most problematic though the most crucial! Low impact means without running, jumping or skipping.

Bellyfit is for all ages, shapes and fitness levels. Dance or fitness experience is not essential. However, if you are already a bellydance student or performer, then Bellyfit is the ideal exercise for you!

Bellyfit improves posture, body awareness, increases flexibility, strengthens core stability, builds confidence, tones muscles around waistline, releases stress.

Mondays 6 till 7pm starting Monday 12th April 2010 - 6-week courses costing £36 at the Gaia Studio behind 173 Treharris Street, Roath, Cardiff CF24 3HQ - entrance on Cottrell Road.

Places are limited - advanced bookings only.
