Zambra Mora - flamenco bellydance fusion

Fiora is teaching a Zambra Mora flamenco bellydance fusion workshop at Fitness First, Llanishen, Cardiff on Saturday 15 November.

It's a passionate gypsy dance - Zambra Mora (meaning Moorish Feast in Spanish) is the ancestor of flamenco and is strongly influenced by bellydance.

You'll explore hand movements (floreos), posture, arm positions, steps and skirt manipulation.

The workshop takes place from 1 till 3pm and costs £15. It is suitable for improvers and intermediate level - please bring a full skirt.
