American Tribal workshops in July

Heley is hosting workshops in American Tribal Style Belly Dance on Sunday 3rd July 2011 at Morganstown Village Hall, Morganstown, near Radyr, Cardiff.

11am to 1pm - Workshop 1 - Slow and Slinky Basics

2 to 4pm - Workshop 2 - Basics for Rhythmic Family Group

Price - £15 per workshop or £25 for both

Pandora's Race of Life Hafla - 10 September

A charity hafla to raise money for Cancer Research is taking place in Chepstow on Saturday 10 September 2011.

Pandora's Race for Life Hafla is being held at the Beaufort Hotel, Beaufort Square, Chepstow NP16 5EP from 8pm till midnight - featuring DJ Tony "The Tune" and lots of fabulous dancers.

Tickets will be £8, with all ticket and raffle money going to Cancer Research UK.
