Holistic Bellydance with Fiora

Fiora is holding a series of Holistic Bellydance workshops at the Gaia Studio in Treharris Street, Roath, Cardiff - entrance on Cottrell Road.

The workshops are inspired by the traditional North African trance dances Zaar and Guedra, the Persian Khaleegi and elements of Kundalini yoga.

The intention of these workshops is to focus on the healing effects of bellydance and experience it as moving meditation. You won't be dealing with sequences, choreography or musical interpretation.

Holistic bellydance is about holistic movement, about releasing negative feelings, about experiencing the flow of cosmic energies, about being connected with our inner self and the Universal Consciousness.

The workshops take place on Saturday 12 September and Saturday 17 October from 10am to 12 midday or 1 till 3pm, cost £15 per workshop.

For more information, contact Fiora Touliatou on 07896 309065 or see her website at www.oriental-fusion.net
