Halloween Hafla, Hay-on-Wye - Saturday 29 October

Moccas Village Hall near Hay-on-Wye is the venue for a Halloween Hafla on Saturday 29 October.

Please dress up, bring food and drink - 7pm till late, tickets £5 - get in touch soon if you want a performance slot.

There'll be workshops in the afternoon:

2 till 3.30pm - Tai Chi sword technique for dancers - £15.00
4 till 5.30pm - Tribal Fusion with Lyza Livesy

£15 each or both for £25 including hafla ticket.

Baghdad by the Bay returns to 10 Feet Tall in Cardiff on Saturday 26 November 2011.

A decadent night of revelry, sultry performances and a nod to the golden age of bellydance, and a limited number of goodie bags with donations from Opal moon design, Big Ass Bindis, Zombie Ate My Make Up, Welsh Women's Aid, Sweet Treats and more.

Admission £5, doors open 7pm, show starts at 7.30pm

Powys Winter Solstice Dance and Music Day - 17 December 2011

A Winter Solstice Dance & Music Day is taking place at the Powys Dance Centre in Llandrindod Wells on Saturday 17 December 2011.

The day starts with the following workshops:

Hula Hoops - 9.45-10.45am - £5
Lindy Hop - 11.00-12.00pm - £5
Veil Dance - 12.45-2.45pm - £15
Tribal Fusion - 3.00-5.00pm - £15

An evening show featuring many dance styles and local musicians will follow from 7 till 10pm, tickets £5 in advance.
